St. Elizabeth Catholic Elementary School opened its doors in Wainfleet in 1959, a country school to service families in the rural community abutting Port Colborne and West Lincoln. A new St. Elizabeth Catholic Elementary School opened in September 2024, allowing students to learn and grow in faith in a school built for 21st century learners.
Named for St. Elizabeth of Hungary and its local parish church, St. Elizabeth Catholic Elementary School is a caring, inclusive learning environment, led by professional Catholic educators dedicated to guiding more than 95 students to reach their full potential in mind, body, and spirit.
